**Health information notice. **If you share goals or progress relating to your physical or mental health, fitness, or wellness, that information is also covered by our separate GOE Consumer Health Data Notice, published separately at goe365.com and app.goe365.com. If you cannot locate it, request a copy at any time from support@goe365.com. That notice controls if there is any conflict on health related information.

1. Who We Are

GOE is a peer accountability community operated by Podcast Laundry, LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what control you have.

GOE is not a healthcare provider. We do not deliver medical care, we do not diagnose or treat, and the goals and progress notes you enter are not medical records. We nonetheless treat information relating to your physical or mental health as sensitive and protect it as described in this policy, in the Consumer Health Data Notice, and as required by applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

You give us:

  • Account information: first and last name, username, email address, password, avatar, and currency preference.
  • Goal and progress information: the goals you write across the seven life categories, your entries, notes, and comments. These are free text and may reveal health, mental health, fitness, weight, financial, debt, income, career, family, and relationship details.
  • Participation information: team membership, call attendance, completion percentages, tier placement, and leaderboard standing.
  • Communications: emails, support requests, survey responses, and any testimonial you choose to submit.

**Phone number. **A phone number is required to register. We use it to confirm account identity, to enforce one account per person, to protect the integrity of the leaderboard and tier system, and for account recovery. If you separately ask to join a GOE community group on an outside platform, your number may be used for that as well. See Section 6.

**Time zone and general location. **We collect your time zone, and general location information derived from it or from your device, so that cycles, deadlines, scoring, and reminders run correctly in your local time. We do not collect precise GPS location, we do not track your movements, and we do not use geofencing.

**Collected automatically: **IP address, device and browser type, user agent, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar log data.

**Payment information: **Payments are handled by our payment processor, which collects and holds your card details. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive subscription status, plan, billing country for tax purposes, and limited billing metadata. We do not send your health related goal content to our payment processor.

3. Why We Use It, and On What Legal Basis

Where the law of your country requires us to identify a legal basis for processing, these are ours.

  • To operate the accountability program, create your account, record goals and entries, calculate percentages and tiers, and place you on a team. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To display the leaderboard and team views to other members. Basis: performance of our contract, and your consent where the information relates to your health.
  • To store and use goal information that relates to your health or wellbeing. Basis: your explicit consent, given separately at signup.
  • To send transactional messages and, where available, optional progress reminders. Basis: performance of our contract and your preferences. Reminders are an optional convenience feature and are not a required part of the service.
  • To provide support, moderate the community, prevent duplicate accounts, and enforce our Terms. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a fair and safe community.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, calculate applicable tax, and prevent fraud. Basis: performance of our contract and our legal obligations.
  • To produce aggregate, de-identified community statistics. Basis: our legitimate interest in measuring and reporting on the programme.
  • To use your performance information and progress narratives in marketing. Basis: your consent, which is optional and separately given.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of members. Basis: legal obligation and vital interests.

4. What Other Members Can See

This is the most important thing to understand about GOE. GOE is a community, not a private journal.

  • Visible to all members: your display name, avatar, completion percentage, tier, and leaderboard position.
  • Visible to your team: your goals, progress, and anything you say on team calls.
  • Visible to administrators: everything in your account. Administrators may log in as a member for support and administration.

Anything you say on a call or write in a shared space may be seen or remembered by other members. We require confidentiality between members, but we cannot guarantee another person's conduct. Share accordingly.

5. Service Providers

**We use a small number of established providers to run GOE, in the following categories: **application and website hosting, database and authentication hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and business productivity and communications. These providers process your information only to provide services to us, under contracts requiring them to protect it and to use it only on our instructions and consistent with this policy.

We do not publish the names of our technical providers on this page. A current list of the specific providers that receive member information, with contact details for each, is available on request to support@goe365.com, and is provided as part of any data access request.

Member information is stored and processed primarily in the United States. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another country with transfer restrictions, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent approved mechanisms, which our providers have entered into with us.

6. Optional Community Groups on Outside Platforms

GOE may operate groups, channels, and calls on platforms we do not own, including messaging apps, social media platforms, and video conferencing services. Joining is optional and happens only at your request. You are never added without asking.

If you ask to join, your phone number, name, email address, or image may be shared with that platform and, depending on the platform's settings, may be visible to other participants. Those platforms are separate companies with their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control what they do with your information or what other participants do with it.

You can leave any group at any time. Leaving does not affect your GOE membership, and does not delete anything already sent, seen, recorded, or saved by others.

7. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or your health related information. We do not send member health information to advertising platforms, ad networks, or social media pixels.

**Advertising and free membership. **GOE may show advertising or sponsored content inside the platform, and may offer a free or reduced price tier supported by it. Any advertising shown to logged in members is contextual or sponsorship based, meaning the same content is shown to everyone viewing that page or section. We do not allow advertising networks to track members across other websites using information collected inside the member platform, and we do not share your goals, scores, or health related information with advertisers. Our public website, which does not require a login, uses ordinary web analytics and advertising technology in the same way as any commercial website.

We may disclose information: to service providers as described above; with your consent; to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court order; to protect the safety, rights, or property of members or the public; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the GOE business, in which case the successor remains bound by the commitments under which your information was collected.

8. Marketing Use of Your Statistics and Progress

If you give marketing permission, we may use your completion percentages, tier history, achievements, goal outcomes, and the substance of your goals and progress entries in marketing, sales pages, grant applications, investor materials, and press, including aggregate statistics, anonymized or initials based references, and narrative descriptions of member journeys.

We will not publish your full name or identifying photograph without separate written consent. Marketing permission is optional, is never required to use GOE, and can be withdrawn at any time from your profile. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for future use and does not affect materials already published.

**Standout results. **We may publish an exceptional individual result without identifying the member, drawn only from members who gave marketing permission. Any such figure carries a clear statement that it is not a typical result.

9. Your Rights, Wherever You Live

**We offer the following rights to every GOE member in every country, **regardless of whether your local law requires them:

  • Access. Confirm what we hold about you and receive a complete copy.
  • Portability. Receive that copy in a structured, machine readable format you can take elsewhere.
  • Correction. Fix anything inaccurate.
  • Deletion. Close your account and have your personal information deleted.
  • Withdraw consent. Withdraw any consent you gave, including health data consent and marketing permission.
  • Object and restrict. Object to a particular use, or ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
  • Complain. Raise a concern with your national data protection authority, or in the United States with your state attorney general. Members in the European Union and United Kingdom may complain to their national supervisory authority at any time.
  • No retaliation. Exercising any right will never cost you service, price, or standing in the community.

**How to exercise them. **Use the controls on your profile page where available, or email support@goe365.com. You do not need to give a reason. We respond within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex we may need longer, and we will tell you why. If we decline a request we will explain why and how to appeal.

**Verifying who you are. **Before acting on a request we will take reasonable steps to confirm that you are the person the information relates to, or someone authorised to act for them. We may ask for information sufficient to verify your identity, and we may decline a request we are unable to verify. If we hold no information about you, we will say so, and that is our complete response.

Withdrawing health data consent means we can no longer operate your GOE membership, since goal and progress data is the core of the service. In that case we will close your account and delete your data as described below. Withdrawing marketing permission has no effect on your membership at all.

10. Retention, Deletion, and Statistics

We keep your account information and goal history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for historical reporting and legal compliance.

**What happens when you delete. **On a verified deletion request we delete or irreversibly de-identify your personal information and instruct our providers to do the same, except where retention is required by law or for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

**What survives, and why it is not your data any more. **Aggregate community statistics, such as group completion rates and multi year totals, are computed and stored separately in a form that cannot be linked back to any individual. Once information has been irreversibly de-identified it is no longer personal information under any privacy law we are subject to, and we keep it indefinitely for statistical and historical purposes. Deleting your account does not erase the community's history, and the community's history does not identify you.

We retain records of consents you gave, as described in Section 12, because those records are the proof of what you agreed to. They are retained even after account deletion.

11. Security

We use industry standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limiting administrative access to those who need it, row level security on member data, and provider agreements requiring equivalent protection. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

**Breach notification. **If we discover a breach of security affecting unsecured personal or health related information, we will notify affected members and applicable regulators, and where required the media, without undue delay. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies we will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware. In all cases we will notify affected members no later than 60 days after discovery.

12. Consent Records

When you accept our documents or give a consent, we record your member identifier, the document name and version, the exact consent text shown, the timestamp, your IP address, and your user agent. We keep these records for the life of your account plus at least four years so that both you and we have an accurate record of what you agreed to and when.

13. Children

GOE is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it and close the account.

14. Where GOE Is Available

**GOE is available worldwide. **Member information is stored and processed primarily in the United States. By using GOE you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, protected by the transfer mechanisms described in Section 5 and by the commitments in this policy.

Members in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may contact us at support@goe365.com to exercise any right in this policy or to request details of our representative.

15. Regional Notes

**Washington and Nevada residents: **see the separate GOE Consumer Health Data Notice for your rights regarding consumer health data.

**California residents: **GOE does not currently meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act. A free membership tier does not change this, because those thresholds are based on revenue and the number of consumers whose information is bought, sold, or shared, not on what members pay. We nonetheless offer all the rights in Section 9 to every member. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

**All members: **nothing in this policy or in our Terms limits any right you have under the privacy laws of your own country or state.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will post the updated version with a new Effective Date and Version number. If we want to collect or use health related information in a new category or for a new purpose, we will update the Consumer Health Data Notice and obtain your new affirmative consent before doing so.
