GOE (Goals Over Everything) is operated by Podcast Laundry, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company
30 N Gould St, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 Contact: support@goe365.com
Platform: app.goe365.com Sales: goe365.com

Part I. Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and Podcast Laundry, LLC. By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at signup, or using the GOE platform, you agree to all three Parts of this document, together with the GOE Privacy Policy, the GOE Consumer Health Data Notice, and the GOE Testimonial and Marketing Release if you accept it.

This document has three Parts. Part I sets out the Terms and Conditions. Part II is the Financial Disclaimer. Part III is the Community Confidentiality and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. All three Parts form one agreement and are equally binding. Section numbering runs continuously across all three.

If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use GOE.

2. Who You Are Contracting With, and What Words Mean

GOE (Goals Over Everything) is a peer accountability community and platform operated by Podcast Laundry, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Your agreement is with Podcast Laundry, LLC.

"GOE," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the GOE platform, community, and program throughout this document.

"Released Parties" means Podcast Laundry, LLC, any GOE entity formed in the future, their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective past, present and future officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, team captains, successors, and assigns.

"Member" means any person with a GOE account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GOE. GOE is available worldwide. Members join from many countries, and the rights described in these Terms and in the Privacy Policy are offered to every member regardless of where they live.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country in connection with your use of GOE. If GOE is not lawfully available where you live, do not use it.

Access to GOE may require a valid invite code. Invite codes are personal to you, are not transferable, and may be revoked or expired at any time.

4. Your Account and Phone Number

You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep it current, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@goe365.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

**One person, one account, one phone number. **A valid phone number is required to register. Each phone number may be linked to only one GOE account. We require this to confirm account identity, to prevent duplicate accounts, and to protect the integrity of the leaderboard and tier system, which would be meaningless if one person could hold several profiles. Your phone number is also used for account recovery and, only if you ask to join, for optional community groups described in Section 10.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Administrators may access member accounts, including logging in as a member, for support, troubleshooting, moderation, and platform administration.

5. What GOE Is, and What GOE Is Not

GOE is a peer accountability community and educational program. Members set personal goals across seven life categories, log progress, are placed on small accountability teams, participate in team calls and general body calls, and appear on a community leaderboard with completion percentages and merit tiers.

GOE does not provide medical, mental health, psychological, nutritional, fitness, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. GOE and its founder, administrators, staff, contractors, team captains, and members are not acting as your physician, therapist, dietitian, trainer, financial adviser, attorney, or accountant. Nothing in GOE is a substitute for advice from a qualified licensed professional. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition change.

Financial matters are covered in full in Part II of this document. Read it. It confirms that GOE is not a registered investment adviser, broker, financial planner, accountant, credit counselor, or debt relief service, that no adviser or fiduciary relationship is created, and that anything another member says about money is that member's personal opinion only.

GOE is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self harm, or a medical emergency, call your local emergency number, or in the United States call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, immediately. Do not rely on GOE, your team, or any member for emergency help.

GOE does not monitor for risk, and does not provide welfare signals. GOE does not monitor member accounts, communications, check-in submissions, scores, attendance, or inactivity for indications of risk. A missed check-in, a declining score, a broken streak, or a low completion percentage is a data state only. It is not a welfare signal, and GOE does not treat it as one. No member should rely on GOE, a team, or any captain to notice, interpret, or respond to any such signal. This paragraph is in addition to, and does not limit, the crisis notice above.

Team captains and members act as peers only. Team captains, apprentices, and other members participate in a peer capacity. They are not acting as licensed or regulated healthcare, legal, or financial professionals, and any qualification a captain or member may hold in another field is not exercised through GOE and forms no part of the Services. You must not rely on any statement made by a captain or another member as professional advice.

You are responsible for your own goals, and you confirm you are fit to pursue them. You are solely responsible for the goals you set and for the actions you take in pursuit of them. You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional before making any decision relating to your health, finances, or legal position, and you confirm that you are medically fit to undertake any physical activity you choose to set as a goal. You must not use the Services as a substitute for professional care you have been advised to obtain, or in place of any treatment currently prescribed to you.

Prohibited goals. You must not set, log, or pursue goals through the Services that involve self-harm, disordered eating, extreme caloric restriction, unsafe substance use, or any other activity presenting a serious risk to your health or to the health of another person. GOE may remove any such goal and may address the matter under Section 9 (Member Conduct).

GOE may decline or discontinue membership that falls outside its scope. Acting reasonably, GOE may decline or discontinue a membership where it considers that a member's needs fall outside the scope of the Services or would be better addressed by a regulated professional. Where practicable, any unused portion of a paid term may be refunded on a pro rata basis, consistent with Section 16.

6. No Guarantee of Results

GOE does not guarantee any outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and choices. Completion percentages, tiers, streaks, and other platform metrics measure participation and self reported progress. They are not promises of any real world result.

Community statistics we publish, including aggregate completion rates, total member debt eliminated, or total investment capital deployed, are aggregate self reported figures across many members over multiple years. They are not typical individual results and are not guarantees.

We may also publish an individual standout result, without identifying the member, where that result is noteworthy. Any such figure will be accompanied by a clear statement that it is not a typical result. Individual results vary, and many members do not reach their goals.

7. Program Structure, Leaderboard, and Tiers

GOE operates in recurring cycles. Cycle length may vary and GOE may offer monthly, quarterly, annual, or other membership and goal cycles, and may add, change, or discontinue any of them. Goal entry, progress logging, team assignment, scoring, tier placement, and leaderboard ranking are determined by GOE and may be adjusted, corrected, or recalculated at our discretion, including to fix errors. We may add, change, or remove features, categories, scoring rules, tiers, teams, or calls at any time.

**Leaderboard visibility. **By participating, you understand and agree that your display name, completion percentage, tier, and related progress metrics are visible to other GOE members on the community leaderboard and to your team. You consent to this display at signup. If you do not want your progress visible to other members, do not enroll in a leaderboard tier.

8. Assumption of Risk

GOE is a peer community made up of other human beings. You choose what to share and how much to share. Information you post in goals, logs, team calls, general body calls, chats, comments, or the leaderboard may be seen, remembered, recorded, screenshotted, repeated, or misused by other members, guests, or third parties outside our control.

You share all such information voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for any disclosure, leak, republication, or misuse of your information by any member, guest, or third party. We require confidentiality between members and we enforce it through suspension and removal, but we do not and cannot guarantee the conduct of any other person.

You further understand that participating in any community, and sharing anything about your personal life within it, carries an inherent risk that others may recognize you, draw conclusions about you, or connect information back to you. That risk is inherent in community participation itself and you accept it as a condition of joining.

You also understand that pursuing fitness, nutrition, financial, career, travel, or relationship goals carries inherent risk, and you assume that risk. You are solely responsible for every financial decision you make, whether or not it was discussed, encouraged, or scored inside GOE.

9. Member Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Disclose, republish, record, screenshot, or attribute what any other member shared, outside GOE, in violation of Part III of this document.
  • Record any team call or general body call, or run any artificial intelligence note taker, meeting assistant, or transcription tool on one, without the express prior consent of all participants.
  • Harass, threaten, bully, demean, stalk, or discriminate against any member.
  • Solicit, market, recruit, or sell to members without our prior written permission, including any financial product, investment opportunity, loan, or business opportunity.
  • Give medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice to members, or hold yourself out as a licensed professional when you are not.
  • Submit false progress data or manipulate scoring, tiers, or the leaderboard.
  • Create more than one account, or register an account using a phone number already linked to another account.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or malicious content or code.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other members' data.

**GOE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion, **with or without notice and with or without cause, including for any violation above. No refund is owed for a termination arising from a violation.

10. Third Party Platforms and Community Groups

GOE may operate or invite members to groups, channels, and sessions on platforms it does not own, including messaging apps such as WhatsApp, social media groups and channels such as Facebook and Instagram, and video conferencing services used for team calls and general body calls. Joining any of these is entirely optional and happens only at your request. You are never added without asking.

These platforms are operated by other companies, not by GOE. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GOE does not control those platforms, their settings, their data practices, their security, or their availability, and GOE is not responsible for them.

Depending on the platform and its settings, which can change without notice, other participants may be able to see your phone number, your email address, your name, your image, or other details about you. Other participants may save, screenshot, record, share, or misuse anything visible to them. You join voluntarily and at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for any disclosure, leak, recording, republication, or misuse of your information occurring on or through any third party platform, whether by another member, by the platform operator, or by anyone else.

Part III of this document continues to apply to anything shared in a GOE group, channel, or call, wherever it takes place. Leaving a group or declining to join does not affect your GOE membership, and does not delete anything already sent, seen, recorded, or saved by others.

11. Confidentiality

Participation in GOE requires acceptance of Part III of this document, which binds every member and also binds GOE administrators and staff with respect to member information. Breach of Part III is a breach of these Terms.

12. Your Content

You retain ownership of the goals, logs, comments, images, and other content you submit ("Member Content"). You grant GOE a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your Member Content within the GOE platform in order to operate and improve the service, including displaying it to your team and on the leaderboard.

Use of Member Content outside the platform, including in marketing, is governed by Sections 13 and 14.

13. Use of Your Statistics and Progress in Marketing

The rules governing marketing use of your information are set out here, in these Terms. The permission itself is given separately, by ticking a marketing box, because a permission that you could not refuse without losing your account would not be valid. Refusing or later withdrawing marketing permission costs you nothing: your account, your team, your leaderboard position, and your history are all unaffected.

If you give marketing permission, you consent to GOE using your performance information, including completion percentages, tier history, achievements, streaks, goal outcomes, and the substance of your goals and progress entries (which may relate to your health, fitness, finances, career, family, or personal life), in GOE's marketing materials, sales pages, grant applications, investor materials, presentations, and press. This may include aggregate statistics, references identifying you by your first name or your GOE username, and narrative descriptions of member journeys.

You acknowledge that any narrative account of a real person's progress may be recognizable to someone who knows you, and that this possibility is inherent in belonging to a community and in sharing anything about your personal life within it. You accept that risk. The Released Parties are not liable for any recognition, inference, identification, or conclusion drawn by any reader, member, or third party from material published under this permission.

GOE will not publish your full name or an identifying photograph in marketing without your separate written consent, which may be given through the GOE Testimonial and Marketing Release or otherwise.

**If you identify yourself, that is your consent. **Where you voluntarily state your own name, show your face, or include other identifying details in a testimonial or other material you submit to GOE, that submission is itself your consent for GOE to publish those details as they appear in it. Nothing further needs to be signed. This applies only to the material in which you identified yourself, and does not permit GOE to use your full name or image elsewhere.

You may withdraw marketing permission for future use at any time from your profile or by contacting support@goe365.com. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for future use and does not affect materials already published or distributed.

14. Testimonials

Testimonials are governed by the GOE Testimonial and Marketing Release. Testimonials must reflect your honest opinion and your actual experience.

Being a satisfied member and saying so is simply what a testimonial is. Nothing about enjoying GOE, finding it valuable, or paying for membership requires any special treatment.

15. Advertising and Sponsorship

GOE may display advertising or sponsored content, and may offer a free or reduced price membership tier supported by advertising or sponsorship.

Where GOE displays advertising inside the member platform, it will be contextual or sponsorship based, meaning the same content is shown to members viewing the same page or section. GOE does not sell your personal information, does not sell or share your health related information, and does not permit third party advertising networks to track members across other websites using data collected inside the member platform.

Advertising on the public GOE website, which does not require a login, may involve ordinary web analytics and advertising technology in the same way as any commercial website.

Where GOE receives compensation for featuring, sponsoring, or promoting any product or service, that compensation will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed.

16. Subscriptions, Free Trials, Billing, and Taxes

**Plans. **GOE offers paid membership plans, and may offer a free tier. Current plans and prices are shown at checkout and on goe365.com. Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize GOE and that provider to charge your payment method.

**Free trial and automatic renewal. **Paid plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method will be charged the amount and on the billing frequency disclosed at checkout, and will continue to be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You give express affirmative consent to these automatic renewal terms at checkout.

**Cancellation. **You may cancel at any time in your account settings, using the same method you used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.

**Refunds. **Except where required by law, payments are non refundable and no refunds or credits are given for partial billing periods, unused time, or cycles in progress. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@goe365.com within 30 days of the charge. Some countries give consumers a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase within a set period, and nothing here removes that right where it applies to you.

**Price and term changes. **If we change your subscription price or another material term, we will notify you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect, in a form you can retain, with instructions on how to cancel.

**Failed payment. **If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or limit your access to goal entry, the leaderboard, and team features until payment is resolved. We may terminate an account that remains unpaid.

**Taxes. **Prices are shown exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Where GOE is required to collect value added tax, goods and services tax, sales tax, or a similar tax based on your location, that tax will be calculated and added at checkout and shown before you pay. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your purchase.

17. Termination

You may stop using GOE and close your account at any time. GOE may suspend or terminate your account or membership at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at its sole discretion. This includes, without limitation, violation of these Terms, non payment, or conduct that harms the community. Where GOE terminates without cause, any unused portion of a paid term may be refunded on a pro rata basis; no refund is owed where termination is for cause.

Every provision of this document that by its nature should survive the end of your membership does survive it, including all of Part II and Part III, and including Sections 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24 and 25 of Part I.

18. Privacy and Health Related Information

Our handling of your information is described in the GOE Privacy Policy. Information relating to your physical or mental health, fitness, or wellness is additionally covered by the GOE Consumer Health Data Notice, published separately.

GOE is a peer accountability community, not a healthcare provider. We do not deliver medical care, we do not diagnose or treat, and the goals and progress notes you enter are not medical records. We nonetheless treat health related information you share as sensitive and protect it as described in those documents and as required by applicable law.

Data you hold about other members. If you retain, store, or process personal data about another member outside the platform for your own purposes, you do so as an independent controller in your own right, and you are responsible for your own compliance with applicable data protection law.

**Your rights, wherever you live. **Every GOE member, in every country, may access their information, correct it, obtain a copy in a portable format, delete their account and data, withdraw any consent they have given, and object to particular uses. We answer requests within 30 days. Full detail, including how to complain to a data protection authority, is in the Privacy Policy.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOE is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or that data will not be lost. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by GOE or by any member, including any information relating to money, debt, investing, health, or business.

Some countries and states do not permit certain warranties to be excluded. Where that is the case, the exclusions above simply do not apply to you and you keep whatever protections your local law gives you. This sentence does not create any additional liability for GOE. It exists so that a court cannot strike down this entire section for reaching too far.

20. Limitation of Liability and Release

**Limitation. **To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties for all claims arising out of or relating to GOE will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid GOE in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. The Released Parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, financial loss, tax consequence, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility.

**Release. **You release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, and liabilities, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to your participation in GOE or the conduct of any other member, including any disclosure, leak, republication, or misuse of your information by another member or third party, any recognition or identification of you arising from material published with your permission, any activity on a third party platform under Section 10, and any financial loss arising from a decision you made in connection with GOE.

**Carve out. **Nothing in this document limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non waivable statutory duty, including data security and privacy obligations.

**Non-waiver of privacy rights. **Nothing in this document, including the release, the limitation of liability, the indemnification, or the class action waiver, waives, limits, or restricts any right, remedy, or protection you have under any applicable privacy or consumer health data law, including the General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data law, and any comparable law in your country or state. To the extent any provision would conflict with those rights, that provision does not apply to the extent of the conflict, and the rest of this document stays in full force.

21. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your Member Content, your use of GOE, your violation of this document, any advice or recommendation you gave another member, or your violation of any law or the rights of any person.

22. Assignment and Successors

Podcast Laundry, LLC may assign or transfer this document and all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and obligations under it, in whole or in part, without your consent and without notice, to any affiliate, to a separately formed GOE entity, or to any successor or acquirer of the GOE business or its assets. All consents, licenses, and releases you grant, and all obligations you undertake, run to and are enforceable by those affiliates, successors, and assigns, with no further signature or action required from you. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

If the GOE business is transferred, the successor will remain bound by the privacy commitments under which your information was collected, and we will notify you of any material change and obtain any additional consent required by law.

23. Changes to This Document

We may update this document. We will post the updated version with a new Effective Date and Version number. For material changes we will provide notice and, where the change affects a consent you gave, we will ask you to accept again before the change applies to you. Continued use after a non material update means you accept it.

24. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Class Action Waiver

This document is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except that nothing in this section limits any right you have under the privacy laws of your own country or state as described in Section 20.

**Informal resolution first. **Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@goe365.com and describe the dispute, and to work with us in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

**Venue. **If a dispute is not resolved informally, the exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court, or from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential information or intellectual property.

Consumer protection laws in some countries, including in the European Union and the United Kingdom, give consumers the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country regardless of what a contract says. Where such a law applies to you, it applies, and this section does not take it away.

**Class action waiver. **To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and GOE each agree that any claim will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any purported class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. No court or tribunal may consolidate the claims of more than one person, or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding involving GOE, without the written consent of both you and GOE. If a court determines that this waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim may proceed on a class or representative basis, but every other claim and every other provision of this document remains in full force and is severable from it.

25. General

All three Parts of this document, together with the Privacy Policy, the Consumer Health Data Notice, and any release you accept, are the entire agreement between you and GOE. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. You agree to transact electronically, and your electronic acceptance constitutes your signature under the United States E-SIGN Act, the EU eIDAS Regulation, and comparable laws elsewhere.

Part II. Financial Disclaimer

This Part applies to everything on app.goe365.com and goe365.com, to every GOE call, and to every conversation between members.

27. GOE Does Not Provide Financial Advice

GOE is a peer accountability community and educational program. Nothing GOE provides is financial, investment, banking, insurance, accounting, tax, credit, debt relief, or legal advice.

Podcast Laundry, LLC is not, and does not hold itself out as:

  • A registered investment adviser or investment adviser representative
  • A broker, dealer, or broker-dealer
  • A certified financial planner, financial coach, or wealth manager
  • A certified public accountant, tax preparer, or tax adviser
  • A licensed insurance agent or producer
  • A credit counselor, credit repair organization, debt settlement company, debt adjuster, or debt relief service
  • A bank, lender, mortgage broker, or money transmitter
  • An attorney or law firm

GOE administrators, staff, contractors, team captains, and members are likewise not acting in any of those capacities when participating in GOE.

28. No Adviser Relationship and No Fiduciary Duty

Using GOE, attending a call, being assigned to a team, or communicating with GOE or any member does not create an adviser and client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, an accountant and client relationship, or an attorney and client relationship. No one at GOE owes you a fiduciary duty with respect to your money.

GOE does not know your full financial picture, your risk tolerance, your tax situation, your obligations, or your circumstances, and nothing in GOE is personalized to them. Nothing in GOE should be treated as a recommendation that any strategy, product, account, security, or course of action is suitable for you.

29. What Other Members Say Is Not Advice Either

GOE places members on accountability teams where they discuss goals, including goals in the Finance category. Members share their own experiences, opinions, methods, and mistakes.

Anything a member tells you is that member's personal opinion and personal experience, nothing more. Members are not your adviser. GOE does not vet, verify, license, supervise, endorse, or take responsibility for anything any member says about money, investing, debt, credit, taxes, business, or property.

Members are prohibited from giving financial, investment, tax, or legal advice to other members, from holding themselves out as licensed professionals when they are not, and from soliciting, marketing, recruiting, or selling any financial product, investment opportunity, or service to members. Report any violation to support@goe365.com.

30. No Offer, No Solicitation, No Recommendation

Nothing on GOE constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any security, cryptocurrency, digital asset, real estate interest, commodity, insurance product, loan, business opportunity, or other financial instrument.

**Paid promotion. **GOE may in future receive compensation for featuring, sponsoring, hosting, or promoting a product, service, or provider, including financial ones. Where GOE receives such compensation, it will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed at the point where the product or service appears. Compensation never converts a mention into advice, and nothing GOE features is a recommendation that it is suitable for you.

31. Results Are Not Typical and Nothing Is Guaranteed

GOE publishes aggregate community outcomes, which may include figures such as total member debt eliminated or total investment capital deployed across the community, and may occasionally publish an individual standout result without identifying the member.

Those figures are not typical results. Aggregate figures span many members over multiple years and belong to no single member. Individual figures are exceptional by definition. All of them are drawn from information members report about themselves and are not independently audited. They are not projections and not a promise of what you will achieve.

Your results will differ. Many members do not reach their financial goals. GOE does not guarantee that you will eliminate debt, increase income, build savings, grow assets, or achieve any financial outcome whatsoever. Past performance, whether yours, another member's, or the community's, does not predict future results.

32. Investing Involves Risk of Loss

All investing carries risk, including the total loss of the amount invested. Markets fall. Businesses fail. Real estate loses value. Cryptocurrency and digital assets are highly volatile and can go to zero. Leverage and borrowing magnify losses as well as gains. No strategy discussed in GOE eliminates these risks.

33. Your Decisions Are Your Own

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and their consequences. Before acting on anything you encounter in GOE, consult a qualified licensed professional who knows your situation and is authorized to advise in your country.

You assume all risk associated with any financial decision you make, whether or not it was discussed, encouraged, celebrated, or scored inside GOE. Completing a Finance category goal, appearing in a tier, or receiving encouragement from a teammate is not validation that a decision was sound.

34. Debt, Credit, and Tax

GOE does not negotiate, settle, consolidate, adjust, or manage debt on your behalf, does not contact creditors for you, does not repair or improve credit reports or credit scores, and does not charge any fee for any such service. GOE does not prepare, file, or review tax returns and gives no opinion on the tax treatment of anything. Tracking a debt payoff goal inside GOE is self reported personal goal tracking and nothing more.

35. Third Party Content, Tools, and Reported Figures

GOE may reference or link to books, calculators, articles, apps, courses, or other third party resources. These are provided for convenience and general education only. GOE does not endorse them, does not verify their accuracy, and is not responsible for their content or for any outcome from using them.

Financial figures you enter into GOE are self reported and unverified. GOE does not audit, confirm, or correct them. Any currency conversion applied by the platform is an estimate using a third party rate source and should not be relied on for accounting, tax, or reporting purposes.

36. Limitation of Liability for Financial Matters

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for any financial loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, tax consequence, penalty, debt, or damage of any kind arising from any decision you make in connection with GOE, or from anything said by GOE or by any member. This Section is subject to the limitations and carve outs in Section 20.

37. Short Form Disclaimer for Published Figures

The following short form is used wherever a financial or results figure appears on goe365.com, in a deck, in an email, in a grant application, or on social media. It is placed clearly and conspicuously beside the figure, not buried in a footer.

Figures shown are self reported and, where aggregate, span the GOE community over multiple years. They are not typical individual results and are not a guarantee of any outcome. GOE is not a financial adviser and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Part III. Community Confidentiality and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

38. Why This Part Exists

GOE only works because members tell the truth. Members share real goals about their health, their money, their marriages, their careers, and their setbacks. That only happens in a room where people trust that what they say stays in the room. This Part makes that trust a binding commitment rather than a hope.

39. Who Is Bound, and How

This Part binds you, GOE, and every other member. You accept it by accepting these Terms at signup or by continuing to participate in GOE.

This Part is mutual. Every member owes these duties to every other member. GOE's founder, administrators, staff, contractors, and team captains are also bound with respect to member Confidential Information, except as necessary to operate the platform, enforce these rules, exercise permissions a member has given, or comply with law.

40. Third Party Beneficiary Enforcement

Your confidentiality promises are made to GOE and, as intended third party beneficiaries, to every other GOE member. This Part may be enforced by GOE or by any member whose Confidential Information was disclosed, and no separate signed agreement between individual members is required.

41. What Is Confidential

"Confidential Information" means any personal, health, mental health, financial, family, relationship, career, educational, travel, or business information about any member that is disclosed in connection with GOE, including through goals, logs, notes, comments, team calls, general body calls, breakout conversations, group chats, direct messages, voice notes, the leaderboard, and any GOE group or channel on a third party platform.

**Membership itself is not confidential. **You may say that a person is or was part of GOE, and GOE may do the same. What remains confidential is what that person shared.

42. Your Obligations

You agree that you will not, during your membership or after it ends:

  • Identify any member by name or initials in connection with anything they shared inside GOE, unless that member has given you their prior permission.
  • Record, film, screenshot, transcribe, or capture any call, screen, chat, or leaderboard without the express prior consent of every affected member.
  • Use any artificial intelligence note taker, meeting assistant, transcription bot, or automated recording tool on any GOE call without the express prior consent of every participant. If such a tool is running, disclose it before the conversation begins and remove it if any member objects.
  • Use another member's Confidential Information for your own commercial, competitive, or personal advantage, including to solicit, recruit, market to, or sell to that member or their contacts.
  • Publish, post, or forward another member's Confidential Information in a way that names or initials them.

You will protect Confidential Information with at least the same care you use for your own sensitive information, and never with less than reasonable care.

43. What You May Share

GOE follows a Chatham House style rule. You may freely use the lessons, ideas, strategies, frameworks, and general insights you gain in GOE, including in your own life, work, writing, and speaking.

**The line is names and initials. **You may describe what happened. You may not attach a name or a set of initials to it.

**Unless they say yes. **A member may give you permission to use their name or initials. Permission must come from that member, must be given before you use it, and covers only what they agreed to. If in doubt, ask them again. GOE relies on the same principle: we identify a member by name only where that member has given us their permission, in writing or verbally.

**Permitted: **"Someone on my team paid off forty thousand dollars in a single quarter while going through a divorce."

**Not permitted: **The same sentence with the member's name or initials attached.

44. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no act or omission of yours, that you already lawfully knew without any duty of confidence before it was disclosed in GOE, that you independently developed without using Confidential Information, or that you lawfully received from a third party who owed no duty of confidence.

Your own information is yours. Nothing here restricts you from sharing your own goals, results, or experience, provided you do not name or initial another member in the process.

45. Safety, Legal, and Mandatory Reporting Exceptions

Nothing in this Part prevents or discourages any person from disclosing information:

  • To prevent or respond to a threat of self harm, suicide, or harm to another person;
  • To report suspected abuse or neglect of a child or a vulnerable adult;
  • In response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from law enforcement or a government agency;
  • To report unlawful conduct, or to a government agency or regulator, including protected whistleblower disclosures;
  • To discuss or report discrimination, harassment, or unlawful conduct the member experienced or witnessed;
  • To obtain legal, medical, or mental health advice from a licensed professional bound by their own duty of confidentiality; or
  • As otherwise required by law.

If you believe a member is in danger, act. Call your local emergency number, or in the United States call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Confidentiality never outranks safety. Where practical and safe, notify GOE at support@goe365.com.

If you are legally compelled to disclose Confidential Information, you will, where lawful, give GOE and the affected member prompt written notice and disclose only what is legally required.

46. Duration and Survival

These obligations begin when you accept these Terms and continue after you leave GOE. They survive indefinitely as to health, medical, and mental health information, and for five years after your membership ends as to all other Confidential Information. Leaving GOE, being removed, or cancelling your subscription does not release you.

47. Remedies

You agree that a breach of this Part may cause irreparable harm for which money damages are an inadequate remedy. GOE and any affected member may seek injunctive or other equitable relief without the necessity of posting a bond, in addition to any other remedy available at law or in equity, including actual damages. GOE may also immediately suspend or permanently remove any member who breaches this Part, without refund.

48. No Warranty of Others' Conduct

GOE requires and enforces confidentiality, but GOE cannot guarantee the behavior of any member or guest. You acknowledge that you share information in GOE voluntarily and at your own risk, and that the Released Parties are not liable for any disclosure, leak, republication, or misuse of your information by another member, guest, or third party, whether inside the platform or on any third party platform described in Section 10.

49. Acknowledgement

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you have read and understood all three Parts, that you are 18 or older, and that you agree to keep what is shared in GOE inside GOE.
